Vision For The Future Of The Unit
BPGHS NPCC unit had improved over the years and managed to make some achievements. Everybody hopes that their unit would get better and that they would be able to bring glory to their unit. Other then that, there is one factor that I think would be a very important vision for the future of the unit, and that is the fact that we would not be complacent about our achievements and would continue to work hard in future years.
This is so as once the cadets start to feel complacent about our achievement; the standard of our unit would drop as cadets would think that they have no need to work as hard since the unit is already good enough. As the saying goes “Pride comes to a fall”. I hope that in future years, even if BPGHS NPCC unit is getting better, our cadets would not be complacent, but will still continue to work hard for the unit.
To me, though it is only a small and maybe to some, an insignificant vision, I feel that it is a very important factor that would contribute to the future to the unit. Other then that, I also hope that BPGHS NPCC unit’s cadets would continue to work together hand in hand and harmoniously and maintain the Bpian spirit. Achievements are not that important, what is more important is the fact that all the cadets are able to know the true meaning of teamwork, responsibility, integrity, friendship, hard work and of course having fun. NPCC should not be just a CCA to our cadets. It should be a CCA that would bring joy to the cadets’ school life and at the same time a learning platform for the cadets.
As long as everybody knows that they have a part to play and would do their best to fulfill their part, it would be a very great accomplishment for the unit. No matter what happens, we should not despair, but should find alternative ways to face a problem or situation. In times of needs, encouraging one another and maintaining a strong bond among the cadets in the unit will not only bring the unit far but would also let the cadets learn something valuable. BPNP, Go, Go, Go!!
